Single-Tier Architecture Features:

Two-Tier Architectural Features:

• Two Backhaul Segments:
  • Microwave Backhaul – aggregates traffic from multiple Cell Sites
  • Fiber-Based Backhaul – ring protection between the Aggregation/Hub site and the MSC
